Before we go on, please hold your horses! Is this really an Eiffel Tower Zip Line? Yes. Can you go on it? Unfortunately, no, unless you are one of the lucky few selected in a ballot online last week, according to The Telegraph.

However, if you are in Paris by Sunday, June 11 2017, you can go to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower and watch these human “mad-bulls” take off. The zip line offers riders a bird’s-eye view of the city, at speeds of up to 90km/hr (56mph). The entire ride over the gardens at Champs de Mars lasts about 1 minute.

The speed people reach happens to be the same of a tennis serve. The explanation? This Eiffel Tower Zip Line was set up by Perrier to promote the French Open. Moreover, the 100 people per day who take on the challenge (free of charge) have to wear a protection helmet that is said to resemble a tennis ball. Strange stuff aside, we do like the initiative and are curious on your thoughts on the matter!
