Donyo Lodge, Africa tourismol Donyo is a safari lodge situated in a vast conservation area of the Maasai people in southeast Kenya. It is perched on the wild pitches of Chyulu Hills National Park, offering a spectacular view to the legendary Mount Kilimanjaro that rises to the west.

Once it was built in 2008, the lodge became part of an important conservation tourism project. Some of the earnings from this business go to the local Maasai community, as a support for protecting the natural beauty of these lands. It is a good example of cohabitation between safari enthusiasts, the Maasai that live here and the wild environment.
