How to get here:

From Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport, take a local bus (not a Shuttle, these are a lot more expensive) towards Anagnina metro station (1,2 Euros).  Take the metro until Ponto Mammolo station, get off, get a bus ticket to Tivoli (2 Euros) and get in your ride. You will be getting to your destination in 20 minutes- 1 hour, depending on the traffic. Via Tiburtina (the street connecting Rome with Tivoli)  is pretty crowded during the mornings and late afternoons, so if possible, try to avoid that.
